Davis is a cardiologist and he takes the stance in this book that the only way to reduce and prevent fat storage in the body is to do so by eliminating wheat from your diet. It can even improve and reverse many of the health problems individuals have. He states that eating a lot of wheat in the diet can lead to high blood sugar, minor rashes and many things in between. He also says that wheat is the single largest contributor to the country's obesity problems.

Loss can come in many forms. Whether a loved one or of a pet, there are many things that can cause a person to be thrown into emotional turmoil. This can be extremely devastating for a child especially if they have to cope with the loss of a pet that they have had for most of their lives. Consider that these are friends, protectors and confidants of these children. These kids have to go through so much as they watch their favorite dog grow up with them and do everything with them. It is so important to do all you can to help them to get through this emotional time.
